The “pearl” tea is made by tightly rolling fine, tender, green leaves and buds, plucked in the first three weeks of the new season, infused with the essence of fresh jasmine blossoms. Exquisite in flavor and aroma and yields a clear, light, green hue with a delicate finish. We recommend using a glass teapot to enjoy the visual beauty of the pearls opening and floating in the water.
